Quem foi que disse que só Mercedes e a galera do Glee cantam essa Proud Mary, aquela que o cantautor do Creedence Clearwater Revival John Fogerty compôs pra vários artistas? O ator, diretor, escritor, poeta, fotógrafo, cantor e compositor (e cantautor!) Leonard Nimoy, de 81 anos (isso mesmo, o eterno Sr. Spock da série Jornada nas Estrelas) também canta que é uma beleza! Em 1970, ele regravou uma cover bem maneira de Proud Mary para seu quinto disco The New World of Leonard Nimoy (lançado no mesmo ano). E em 2009 - quase 40 anos depois do feito dele - Mercedes e a galera do Glee repetiram o feito, só que bem diferente: R&B pra Beyoncé não botar defeito!

 

Falando nisso, vocês que se amarram no Leonard Nimoy, no Sr. Spock de Jornada nas Estrelas e na galera do Glee, eis aqui em primeira mão pra vocês: Proud Mary (Leonard Nimoy dueto comigo - eu mesma gravei meus vocais adicionais, remixei a faixa e a editei). Espero que gostem!
